SmarterCommerce Retail POS Station/Register ("Touch-Screen")

The following table lists minimum SmarterCommerce hardware and software technical requirements to support the installation and proper operation of a Retail POS Station/Register.

Cash Drawer  
Generic Cash Drawer that can connect to Epson printer; connection is done via a standard cable that connects to the DK (Drawer Kick) port on the back of the printer and then when a receipt is printed the cash drawer opens. 

 

*Note: The POS Application should never be launched directly from a web browser and only via the POS Client Application which will determine appropriate browser to use.
*Specific print model compatibility should be verified with SmarterCommerce Technical team.
