How to Configure the Not Available Images for Configured Products


The Configure Product images must be uploaded into the Sitefinity Libraries.

  1. Navigate to Content > Images.
  2. Select the library that have recommended the thumbnail sizes configured.
  3. Upload the “ConfiguredProductNoneOption”, “ConfiguredProductValueNotAvailable” and “ConfiguredProductHeaderNotAvailable” images with the same name of the file images.

Note: Check that the title of the image is uploaded correctly.

After changing the not available images, the Application Context must be refreshed. Go to SmarterCommerce > Settings > Web Site > Click on the “Refresh Application Context” button.

 

Configure Product Images in Multilanguage

The Configure Product images in all languages must have the title: “ConfiguredProductNoneOption”, “ConfiguredProductValueNotAvailable” and “ConfiguredProductHeaderNotAvailable”

 

Configure Product Images in Multisite

To configure different “ConfiguredProductNoneOption”, “ConfiguredProductValueNotAvailable” and “ConfiguredProductHeaderNotAvailable” images for stores in a multisite, upload the image in the Content > Images, using the format described below in the title.

Image title format:

ConfiguredProductNoneOption-[StoreId]

ConfiguredProductValueNotAvailable-[StoreId]

ConfiguredProductHeaderNotAvailable-[StoreId]

For example: ConfiguredProductNoneOption-SDV

The application will try to display the image for the specific store id. If the image does not exist, then the application will be using the “ConfiguredProductNoneOption”, “ConfiguredProductValueNotAvailable” or “ConfiguredProductHeaderNotAvailable” image.

After changing the not available images, the Application Context must be refreshed. Go to SmarterCommerce > Settings > Web Site > General Behavior > Click on the “Refresh Application Context” button.
