How to Configure the Not Available Image for Products


Ecommerce CMS moves all images into Sitefinity libraries. The Not Available image must be uploaded into one of the Sitefinity Libraries.

  1. Navigate to Content > Images
  2. Select the library that have the recommended thumbnail sizes configured
  3. Upload the Not Available image. Use  “NotAvailable” as the title name

Not Available Image in Multilanguage

The image Not available in all languages must have the title: NotAvailable.

 

Not Available Image in Multisite

To configure a different “Not Available” image for stores in a multisite, upload the image in the Content > Images, using the format described below in the title. The application will try to display the image for the specific Store ID. If the image does not exist, then the application will use the NotAvailable image.

Image title format: NotAvailable-[StoreId]

For example: NotAvailable-SDV
