How to Configure the Not Available Image for Products
Ecommerce CMS moves all images into Sitefinity libraries. The Not Available image must be uploaded into one of the Sitefinity Libraries.
- Navigate to Content > Images
- Select the library that have the recommended thumbnail sizes configured
- Upload the Not Available image. Use “NotAvailable” as the title name
Not Available Image in Multilanguage
The image Not available in all languages must have the title: NotAvailable.
Not Available Image in Multisite
To configure a different “Not
Available” image for stores in a multisite, upload the image in the Content
> Images, using the format described below in the title.
Image title format:
NotAvailable-[StoreId]
For example: NotAvailable-SDV
