SmarterCommerce Application Server
The following table lists the minimum SmarterCommerce software technical requirements to support the installation and proper operation of the SmarterCommerce Application Server. Specific hardware requirements are not listed since SmarterCommerce is installed on a Windows Server and the requirements will vary depending on the SmarterCommerce transaction volume. Based on projected transaction volumes, the server’s number of CPUs and RAM will need to be adjusted accordingly. Also, the SmarterCommerce Application Server serves as the function of Credit Card Server provided it could support the projected transaction volumes.
NOTE: In an Oracle® JD Edwards EnterpriseOne™ Server installation, the SmarterCommerce software can be installed on an enterprise or application server provided the selected server can accommodate the processing requirements.
