What Is High Availability Fallback

The purpose of this functionality is to enable our customers/merchants the ability to utilize a “fallback connection” when an issue is detected within their main credit card processing connection.

Examples of scenarios that may trigger the use of a fallback connection are:

Hosted Payment Form Initialization: if the initialization of the hosted form URL fails due to an internal Gateway error.

Hosted Payment Form Load: if the iFrame fails to load the payment hosted form due to a timeout.

Hosted Payment Process Result: if after entering the credit card data and processing the payment, the result is in an internal Gateway error.

Bring It All Together

We bring together digital commerce, retail and call center channels with a united approach that leverages the power of onmi-channel while prioritizing JD Edwards connectivity.
