ERR01 Simulation - Sales Order Entry
The following simulation illustrates a Hosted Payment Form Initialization error during order entry where a PayPal Connection is primary and a Braintree Connection is the fallback.
Enter the order header making sure to use ERR01 in the Customer PO field and the payment instrument designated for credit card.
Enter order details and advance to the payment screen. When you press Pay with New Card notice that the fallback payment form (Braintree) is loaded, not the primary connection form (PayPal).
Once payment is complete it can be seen in the fallback account (Braintree) and not the primary (PayPal).
