Each environment contains data which is maintained in cache in order to avoid unnecessary requests to both the database and/or the Oracle-JD Edwards middleware.  The Management Console has the capability of manually resetting JDE and Business Data cache. 

To refresh JDE Session cache simply select the environment and the session you want to refresh.  Then click Refresh.

To refresh Business Data cache select the environment and the cache memory you want to clear and click the Refresh button.  The refresh will impact the areas as seen below:
