Add User
To create a new user press the Create button and fill in the information as described below. Please keep in mind that when adding a user from the Base store you have already selected an environment. Therefore, users added at the Base store level
will be added using the environment you selected.
| Name | Explanation |
|---|---|
| User | The name to be used for this user. If windows authentication is being used this field must match the windows user. |
| Password | The password for the user. If windows authentication is being used this field will be hidden. |
| Show Password | When checked the password typed will be displayed. This is intended to help you validate the password entered. |
| Email Address | The email address associated to this user. |
| Allow Change Password | A flag that indicates if the user can change his password. Possible values are: Checked user is allowed to change password Not Checked user is not allowed to change password. |
| Force Password Change At Next Login | A flag that indicates if the user must change his password upon next login. Possible values are: Checked The user must change the password on next login Not Checked user will not be forced to change password |
