Maintain Register
To search for a specific register enter the appropriate search criteria and click Search. To maintain the register click on the selection link. On this screen you will be able to edit/correct any information on the two tabs available as explained below. Upon entry of the information click Save.

| Description | A brief description of the Register Id. |
| JD Edwards User | JD Edwards User to be utilized by POS for connection purposes. Transactions will be recorded to Oracle-JD Edwards system with this User. |
| Pssword | JD Edwards User password. |
| Show Password | Checking this box allows you to review the password entered for accuracy. |
| JD Edwards Roles | Role assigned to JD Edwards connection user. |
| Drawers | On this tab you can add and/or associated cash drawers to the register. A register drawer groups all transactions for a particular period of time from the moment drawer is opened until the drawer is closed. All transactions entered via the POS during the period of time drawer is in open status are grouped and assigned the same batch number for control purposes. This batch number is later passed to the Oracle-JD Edwards system for reference purposes. |
