This menu option is available from Base, Web and POS stores. How you heard channels are shared across stores.

You can define “How You Heard” codes that will enable you to track how your customers/consumers are finding out about your company and products.  Codes selected via POS are stored and associated to the customer/consumer profile for future review.  However, customer/consumers can only see codes that are already setup.
