Add How You Heard


To create a new How You Heard Channel click Create and enter the proper information as described below. Upon entry of the information click Save. The record will be saved and displayed within the listing.

Name Explanation
ID A code that indicates how the customer/consumer heard about your company and products.
Description A brief description for the new How You Heard Channel.
Allowed on ESOM

A flag that indicates if a particular ID can be accessed within the Enhanced Sales Order Management (Call Center) system.  Possible values are: 

Yes About Us ID can be accessed from the ESOM

No About Us ID cannot be accessed from the ESOM

Allowed on POS

A flag that indicates if a particular ID can be accessed within the Point of Sale system.  Possible values are: 

Yes About Us ID can be accessed from the POS

No About Us ID cannot be accessed from the POS

Allowed on Web

A flag that indicates if a particular ID can be accessed within the B2C or B2B solutions.  Possible values are: 

Yes About Us ID can be accessed from Web

No About Us ID cannot be accessed from Web
