Email Templates


This menu option is available from Base, Web, POS, and EIPP Stores.

 Email templates provide a standardized structure to commonly sent email communications. Based on Management Console settings you may be able to add new templates for JDE use.

Abandoned Shopping CartYNNN

When a customer leaves products in their shopping cart for a certain number of days without completing a transaction. You define the number of elapsed days that will trigger this email. This email can be sent up to 3 times.

Credit Order Confirmation (Returns)YNNNWhen a customer initiates a return through your website. 
Forgot PasswordYYNNWhen a customer completes the "forgot password" steps on your website to request a new password.
Invoice Payment ConfirmationYYNNWhen a customer successfully pays an invoice or schedules an invoice payment on your website.
JDE Invoice Pay ConfirmationNNNYWhen a customer representative processes an invoice payment for a customer in JD Edwards. (configuration required)
JDE Sales Order ConfirmationNNNYWhen a customer representative enters a sales order for a customer in JD Edwards. (configuration required)
JDE Shipment ConfirmationNNNYWhen ship confirmation is completed in JD Edwards.
Modify Quote ConfirmationYNNNWhen a customer successfully modifies a previously submitted quote on your website.
Notify Me Subscription ConfirmationYNNNWhen a customer clicks the "Notify Me" button for a back ordered product.
Notify Me Product Back In StockYNNNWhen a subscription is in place and the product is back in stock for purchase.
POS - Invoice Payment ConfirmationNNYNWhen a customer successfully pays an invoice using SmarterCommerce Point of Sale.
POS - Modify Order ConfirmationNNYNWhen a sales order is modified for a customer using SmarterCommerce Point of Sale.

Quote Order ConfirmationYNNNWhen a customer successfully submits a quote request through your website.
Sales Order ConfirmationYNNNWhen a customer completes a sales order transaction on your website.
Share Product ContentYNNNWhen a customer clicks the "share" button on a specific product's detail page to share that product with another individual via email.
Share Shopping CartYNNNWhen a customer clicks the "share" button in their Shopping Cart to share the products in that shopping cart with another individual via email.
Share Wish ListYNNNWhen a customer clicks the "share" button in a Wish List / Product List to share the products in that list with another individual via email.
Welcome - Request AccessYYNNWhen an existing customer in your ERP requests online account access through your website and is approved (either automatically or upon your approval - depending on configuration). This only applies when the Request Account Access feature is enabled. 
Welcome - Reset PasswordYYNNWhen a web account is created for a customer through the Management Console (and Reset Password Upon First Login setting is ON), JD Edwards, or if a customer with administrator permissions goes to Contacts and creates a web account for someone in their company.
Welcome EmailYYNNWhen a customer self-registers for a web account through your website and the Reset Password Upon First Login setting is OFF
Your Account is ActiveNNNYWhen a web account's status changes from 'inactive' to 'active via the Management Console - or - when a web account changes from locked out to not locked out. The Notify User checkbox must be checked.
