Email Log
This menu option is available from Base, Web, POS and EPayments stores.
When activated the Email Log will capture all emails sent via POS or Web store activity. Examples of activities that will be logged are Sales Order Confirmation, Welcome email, Invoice Payment Invitation emails, etc. The log stores both the header information and the email content. You will be able to preview and/or resent the emails as needed.
Email Details
To review the details of a specific email locate the record and press the View Details action. Once pressed you will see the To, CC, and BCC information for the email.
Resend Email
There may be times that your customer reports an email was not received, but you can see that it was sent. You can resend the email by locating the row and pressing the Resend action.
Delete Email
To manually delete an email simply locate the row and press the Delete action.
