You can add new templates at the Base Store level only! Please be advised that added templates will only be used by JDE processes. To add a new template follow the steps below.

Step 1

Go to UDC 59/EM and create a value beginning with C that will represent your new template. 

Step 2

Login to Management Console and go to the Base Store ID.  Select the Email|Templates menu option and press Add.  Notice that only the UDC values starting with C are available.  Choose one.

Step 3

Now, enter the desired information and press Save.
