General Announcements


This menu option is available from Web and EPayments stores. 

Announcements allow you to send a message to your web accounts through your eCommerce portal. They are a great way to highlight an update, a new product or feature, sales and promotions, a service outage, and more.

Depending on your website’s setup and configuration, announcements will be displayed either in the top menu bar (envelope icon with announcement count), on their dashboard in the Announcements section, in the on-demand within a page that will list historical announcements (Announcements page), and/or when the web account signs in (as a pop-up).

Announcements can be created, customized, and published from the Management Console. They can be sent to all your stores, or only select stores, and they can be sent to all your web accounts from that store, or only select customers. It all depends on your business needs!
