This menu option is available from Web store and EPayments stores only.

Web accounts are created through the web application by users registering and/or creating a new account or through the Management Console via web account maintenance.  You can locate a specific web account by entering the Username, Mailing Name, Address Number or Company Name into the search box and clicking the Search icon.  Please note you may search over active or inactive web accounts. Additionally, web accounts may be filtered to limit by Customer, Consumer or Salesperson.
