SmarterCommerce official hours of operation are 8:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday, except holidays.


By Phone
Call during hours of operations at (305) 567-3188 ext: 1 and a service representative will register your call in the SERVICEplus System. If a service consultant is available, you will be routed to the consultant for immediate assistance. If a consultant is not available, you will receive a call back based on service level response time guidelines.

Via Customer Portal
Go to and submit your case via the customer portal. Once you are logged in click the log a case option. Be sure to provide all information as well as a detailed description of the problem you are encountering. When you are ready press submit. You will receive a response via email or by phone within the service level response time guidelines.

If you do not have credentials to login to the customer portal it is vital that you email us at making sure the words "REQUEST PORTAL USER" are in the body of the email message.
