Working with Certificates
Navigating from the address book, the Avalara ECM row exit will open the Work with AvaTax Exemption Certificates (PQ67ATEC) application. Here you can view certificates by customer:
From within this application, there are several forms and a row exit available for use as follows:
Action | Description | Recommended setting |
Form | Req New Certificate | When pressed. an email will be sent to the customer requesting to upload the certificate |
Form | Customer Certificate Req | This screen will display the certificate request emails sent to the customer along with the creation date for each record |
Form | Get Certificate | Refreshes certificate data from Avalara to the JDE ECM screen |
Form | ECM Update Customer | When pressed, the system will update information described in page # 4 (address book data) |
Row | View Exp Certificate | If a certificate exists, you will see the real-time document on screen |
