To start indexing Sitefinity content search to the App Search engine, search indexes must be created to select which content to index. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Administration -> Search indexes.

2. Click on Create a search index.

3. Set a name for the index and then select which content to index to App Search (scope).

Note: Content can be indexed from a single search index or user can create multiple search indexes i.e. Pages index, Images index, News index, etc.…

4. Open the Advanced section and in the “Additional fields for indexing” field, type “Tags”.

5. After scope is configured, click on Save Changes.

6. Finally click on the “Actions” dropdown and select the “Reindex” option. This action will immediately store the data of the selected content types in the App Search engine.
