In this section we will guide you through common scenarios where freight management can work for you.  Please note all scenarios will be demonstrated using the SmarterCommerce Call Center (PQ67101).

Scenario 1 - Free freight when the order total is greater than (or equal to) $100.

Scenario 2 - Free freight when order total is greater than (or equal to) $100, but only for ground service.

Scenario 3 - Free freight when 10 items are ordered.

Scenario 4 - Free freight when 100lbs of item are ordered.

Scenario 5 - Freight rates based on customer group.

Scenario 6 - Freight rates based on item group.
