Call Center Search Table

When you build the Customer/Consumer Word Search Master table (FQ670312) you can query customer records by using a word.  With an established Customer Word Search Master table you can locate information by using text strings. This feature is especially useful if you want to obtain an address book/prospect/consumer number by searching on certain fields such as bill-to name, ship-to name, postal code, contact name, phone number and/or contact email. To populate this search table you must run the Refresh ESOM Search Table report.

It is recommended that the refresh UBEs be executed in Scheduler a minimum of weekly.
