To have Ecommerce CMS Personalization working it is required to have the Sitefinity Personalization module licensed and activated. Check if module is active at Sitefinity backend, Administration -> System> Modules & Services.

Additionally, the “Sitefinity Authentication Mode” Management Console setting has to be configured as “Sitefinity Profile Integration”. Lastly it is also required to have the SPC “CMS Personalization Profile Integration” licensed.
