Case 1

When Descriptions come from JDE and images are not displayed (no extended content).

  • Catalog Provider (SmarterCommerce Settings -> Catalog): must be setup as Internal with Elastic on Premise
  • Elasticsearch settings (SmarterCommerce Settings -> Catalog -> Elasticsearch): do not setup
  • Products module: do not need to add products here.
  • Display product images (SmarterCommerce Settings -> Web Site -> General Behavior):  Turn off image display setting
