The task manager tracks all jobs run from the SmarterCommerce module. These jobs can include the following:

• Catalog publishing

• Import jobs

• Export jobs

• Build Product index

• Build Catalog index

• Most viewed products build

To enable Task Manager sending email notifications when it completes executing task configure a notifications profile and the list of emails subscribers. Go to Administration|Settings|Advanced|Notifications|Profiles and then add the following:

• Notification profile name
• Email subscribers
• Add the email addresses as required
