Ship To Locations
A ship to is a location that a customer uses to ship product to that differs from their billing address. A customer can have one or multiple ship to address available for use.

| Set Default Ship To | This button is used to indicate the ship to the customer prefers to use most often. You can change the default ship to at any time by selecting the preferred tile and pressing this button |
| Edit Ship To | Press the pencil icon if corrections need to be made to information stored on the ship to record. The name, address and telephone information for the ship to may be edited. |
| Delete Ship To Relation | In the event a ship to is related to the wrong bill to (parent) record you may use this option to delete the relationship. Once the relationship is deleted it cannot be reversed. Should the association need to be re-established use the Relate ShipTo option. |
| Add New Ship To | Use this current document option to enter a new ship to that does not already exist in your data. |
| Relate Ship To | Use this current document option to associate an existing ship to record to this customer record. |
Default Country
Profile > Settings
Default Country for new addresses entry. Utilized in Retail Point of Sale in Create Customer, Customers Maintenance – Add Credit Card, Customers Maintenance – Add Shipment, Payment – New Credit Card, and Order – Shipping – Add Shipping. Utilized in Ecommerce in My Account – Ship To’s - Add Ship To, Register, Payments – “Add credit card” and “Add Bank account”, Checkout – One Time Ship To Address, Checkout – Add Ship To Address, Order Status, and Guest Checkout.
