Basic Information


Use this options to edit the name, company name, website, Line of Business, address, How Did You Hear About Us, and telephone information for a customer/consumer.
Store Companies
Profile > Account Receivable
Companies for which information on the site will be displayed. Recent orders, Recent invoices, etc will display information from all the store companies defined here. The exception is the Account Balance element that will display information from company 00000.
Invoice Document Restrictions
Profile > Account Receivable
Limits the invoice types to display in Invoice History and Invoice Payments.
Invoice Payment Default Branch Plant
Profile > Account Receivable
If web users are provided the capability of paying open accounts receivable invoices via the web utilizing a credit card, the value entered here will represent the associated payment branch plant configured within the credit card payments configuration tables (refer to Credit Card Payment Processing manual).
Invoice Payment Default Bank Account
Profile > Account Receivable
If web users are provided the capability of paying open accounts receivable invoices via the web utilizing a credit card, the value entered here will represent the associated payment general ledger bank account to be used when recording credit card payments to Oracle-JD Edwards (refer to Credit Card Payment Processing manual). If a bank account is not defined here the system will use the AAI's to determine which account to use.
AR Allow Partial Payments
Profile > Account Receivable

Determines if partial payments will be accepted/allowed or not.

Receipt Application Algorithm
Profile > Account Receivable
Determines if utility payments will be balance forward or direct match  - requires separate license.

Retail Point of Sale > Settings
A symbol that identifies the data field against which the value entered should be validated when searching for a customer/consumer. The list of data fields that can be used for search purposes is shown above. Please indicate the corresponding symbol for each of the search methods available. The symbol indicated must be included as the first character when entering the value to search by. A blank in this field indicates the primary search method. The Alpha Name must always serve as the primary search method when searching for customers and/or consumers. All others must include a unique symbol.
