Processing Options - Call Notes - P59CM10 or PQ67CM10


The call notes application is utilized to capture inbound call details from end Address Book Customers or SmarterCommerce Consumers.  Users may create different versions of the application to manage Address Book Customers versus SmarterCommerce Consumers.  If such configuration is defined, it is recommended that a corresponding mirror version be created for the Customer/ Consumer search filtering customers or consumers depending on need (application P5903012 or PQ670312).

Retrieval URL/Email Field

Retrieves email of display as part of call header

0 or Blank = Utilize REM1 (Remark) in Who's Who File

1 = Utilize EMAL (Electronic Address) in Electronic Address File
