Individual/Corporation Code

The user-defined code table (H00/TA) designates the type of entity.  The SmarterCommerce Call Center solution utilizes this UDC to identify whether the entity is an individual or corporation (company).  For all corporate entity code types place a ‘1’ in the special handling code field and for all individual entity code types place a ‘0’ in the special handling code field.  Below is an example of the set up of the UDC (H00/TA):

SmarterCommerce requires that the first position within the Special Handling Code field of the UDC match the below table for each entity code type.
