An attribute template is a collection of defined attributes that is used as a guide to edit product record attributes. The template can just be the collection of attributes or it can also be the collection along with default values for each attribute. To create a template simply click on Create an Attribute Template, enter a name, and Publish. Once a template has been created you assign existing attributes (with or without default values assigned) at that time.
