SERVICEplus Support Procedures

 

Premier’s official hours of operation are 8:00am – 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday, except holidays.

 

Contacting our Support Services

 

By Phone

 

Call during hours of operations at (305) 567-3188 ext: 1 and a service representative will register your call in the SERVICEplus System.

 

If a service consultant is available, you will be routed to the consultant for immediate assistance. If a consultant is not available, you will receive a call back based on service level response time guidelines.

 

Via Customer Portal

 

Goto http://www.premierway.com/customer-care and submit your case via the customer portal. Once you are logged in click the log a case option. Be sure to provide all information as well as a detailed description of the problem you are encountering. When you are ready press submit. You will receive a response via email or by phone within the service level response time guidelines.

 

If you do not have credentials to login to the customer portal please email us at supportportal@premierway.com making sure the words "REQUEST PORTAL USER"  are in the body of the email message.
