In response to customer requests, Premier is pleased to announce the SERVICEPLUS CUSTOMER SUPPORT PORTAL.
This new portal provides self-service access to Premier's support services for your SmarterCommerce and JD Edwards Software.
NOTE: JD Edwards support is only available to Premier's international customers that have subscribed to our ServicePlus JD Edwards support services.
With the new ServicePlus Customer Support Portal, your organization can:
- Log support cases
- Collaborate with our support consultants
- Review the status of open cases
- View prior closed cases
